How does it work?
Uses appropriate techniques, positioning and supports to safely relieve tension, improve circulation, and support comfort in second and third trimesters.

What are the benefits?
Reduces back pain, swelling, muscle discomfort, stress, and anxiety; improves circulation and overall comfort in pregnancy.

Any limitations, restrictions, conditions for participation?
Suitable for second and third trimester.
